PROGRESS: Project Version 1.4 (Completed) - 12/24/2025 - This is a complete game. The main story and the custom post-game are both finished and playable from start to finish.

It is the wild and chaotic sequel to the unique ROM hack, Too Many Types. Set two years after the events of Pokémon Emerald, this game transforms the Hoenn region into a bizarre new world featuring a staggering 80 different Pokémon types, including 30 brand new to this sequel. In this new Hoenn, Pokémon can now have up to three types at once, creating a completely fresh and unpredictable battling experience. Experience a brand new story as you investigate how the Kyogre/Groudon disaster affected the region, and face off against a new villainous team. With a huge roster of 398 Pokémon, new Mega Evolutions, 131 new moves, and a host of modern quality-of-life features, this is a must-play for fans who love creative, weird, and strategically deep Pokémon adventures.

➡️Randomized Trainers: To showcase the massive variety of new types, regular trainers on routes have randomized teams based on their specific trainer class. (Major bosses like Gym Leaders and Rivals have fixed, non-randomized teams).

➡️No EVs & Minimal Grinding: The EV (Effort Value) system has been completely removed to put the focus purely on teambuilding and strategy. The game also includes both "Infinite Candy" and "Cap Candy" to eliminate grinding and easily manage your levels.

➡️Soft Level Cap & Level Scaling: The game features a soft level cap to prevent over-leveling, and also includes level scaling for a balanced experience.

➡️DexNav: The modern DexNav feature is included to help hunt for specific Pokémon.

➡️Auto-Heal Function: A modern auto-heal function is available by pressing 'L' in the party menu.

➡️In-Battle Enemy Info: You can press 'L' during a battle to see important information about your opponent's Pokémon.

➡️Custom Post-Game: The adventure continues after the main story with a custom-made post-game.

➡️No Shiny Locks: No Pokémon in the game are shiny-locked.

➡️Modern HQ Audio Mixer: The game uses a high-quality audio mixer to improve the sound of music and prevent common audio popping issues.
