An Elite Four member's Pokémon has been stolen! The Torpedo Gang has always been a nuisance, causing ruckus around the region on their quest to get powerful Pokémon. The theft of Ernest's Pokémon however, is unprecedented. Their goals are... unclear. They've always operated with some vague semblance of secrecy, but it really just seems like they want to overthrow their own Leader for some reason. They're completely unorganized, with little to no functional teamwork between them, and the thieves of Ernest's Pokémon claim to be in the "Victini Chasing Special Unit"...
