PROGRESS: Project Version 1.0 (Completed)
Randolocke is a Nuzlocke-oriented randomized Emerald ROM hack, inspired by the ROM hack used in PChal and Pointcrow's Nuzlocke Invitational Tournament.
🛑Features:
➡️Every Pokémon up to and including Gen 9
➡️Wild Pokémon, Trainer Pokémon, and gift Pokémon randomized to similar BST (Starters & gifts have 3 perfect IVs)
➡️All abilities randomized (except Shedinja’s)
➡️All moves randomized (including TMs, excluding HMs)
➡️All field/gift items randomized
➡️All Tutor moves randomized
➡️Every Pokémon learns 21 moves at the same levels (7 STAB, 7 non-damaging, 7 damaging)
➡️All Pokémon can learn every move
➡️Hard level caps between badges:
➡️Trainer Pokémon scaled to level caps
➡️Improved opponent AI for extra challenge
➡️HMs usable outside battle without teaching them
➡️HMs can be forgotten like normal moves
➡️View Pokémon IVs in the summary screen
➡️Slightly expanded bag size
➡️New QoL Key Items
➡️Old Rod sailor moved to Route 103 for early fishing
➡️Pokémon added to Scorched Slab
➡️Added Water to Littleroot Town & Grass to Oldale Town
➡️Evolution convenience updates
