A high-end graphic and weather overhaul of Pokémon Emerald (built on Modern Emerald 3.5 and pokeemerald-expansion) featuring an advanced dynamic regional weather system, updated ORAS visuals, overworld wild encounters, battle visual overhauls, and deep in-game customization.

➡️Dynamic Weather System: A high-logic climate system where weather probability is determined by the specific area (e.g., mountains are more likely to snow) and neighboring map conditions, featuring rain, fog, snow, mist, thunderstorms, droughts, and downpours.

➡️Interactive Environmental Effects: Real-time environmental reactions including puddles that slowly form, evaporate, or freeze depending on subsequent weather shifts, dynamic snow tile swapping, passing cloud shadows, reflective wet city brick tiles, and ripples across wet surfaces and ponds that simulate underwater Pokémon.
