This series of GBA ROM hacks throws balance out the window for a chaotic, overpowered, and brutally difficult "headcanon" adventure. Built on Hex Maniac Advance, these hacks feature extreme difficulty with nearly every fight being a max-IV, double battle against trainers with hyper-aggressive AI.
🛑Features:
➡️Extreme Trainer Difficulty: Nearly all trainer battles have been converted to Double Battles. All trainers have maximum AI flags (including "TrytoKO"), significantly higher levels, and fully optimized teams with 31 IVs, held items, and custom movesets.
➡️**"Prepare to Faint" Wild Encounters:** Wild Pokémon encounter tables are completely overhauled to be extremely difficult and unpredictable, featuring high-level threats like Level 100 Magneton in Cerulean Cave.
➡️Ruined Difficulty Curve & EXP Boost: The difficulty curve is intentionally broken. To compensate, experience multipliers from Trainers, Lucky Egg, and Trades have been increased from 1.5x to 2.5x.
➡️Doubled Starting Money: You begin the adventure with 6000 PokéDollars instead of 3000.
➡️Physical/Special Split: The modern combat system separating physical and special moves is implemented.
➡️Updated Pokémon Stats & Abilities: All Pokémon have had their base stats updated to match their Generation 9 counterparts. Some also have new "headcanon" abilities (e.g., Magnemite with Levitate).
➡️Completely Overhauled & Broken Moves: All Generation 3 moves have been reworked, with many being intentionally overpowered for a chaotic experience (e.g., 100% Accuracy Zap Cannon).
➡️Simplified Evolutions: Special evolution methods have been removed. Pokémon now only evolve via leveling up, evolution stones, or happiness.
➡️Expanded TM/HM Compatibility: A Pokémon's ability to learn TMs and HMs is a compound of all generations, allowing for unique movesets like Surf Pikachu.
➡️Increased Shiny Rate: The shiny encounter rate has been doubled to match the modern 1/4096 (equivalent to Gen 6+ base rate).
➡️Steel Type Nerf: The Steel type is no longer resistant to Ghost and Dark-type moves.
➡️Infinite & Forgettable TMs/HMs: All TMs can be used an unlimited number of times, and all HMs can be forgotten at will.
➡️Overhauled Item System
➡️Frenzy Green Rival Swap: In Frenzy Green, your rival's starter choice is swapped for a different dynamic.
➡️Technical Fixes: Includes fixes for the Azuril gender ratio, Nidorina/Nidoqueen's breeding flags, and a held item glitch involving wild Mew.
