You awaken from a year-long coma with no memories—only a fragmented vision of a train... and a terrible crash. As you are told, you are now in the Yukiko Region, a land serene, with many enviroments and with a lot to offer on the surface But on the inside, a suffering place deeply shaken by a rising threat: a strange illness known as El Mal del Sueño, where victims fall asleep and cannot seem to ever wake, trapped in vivid, terrifying nightmares that can last for days, weeks, even months.
