Are you tired of how bad Pokémon learn sets, trainer teams, and items found in the overworld are in Gen 3? Well I decided to make my own version of an enhancement rom hack where I improve all previously mentioned and more! So if you want to experience Kanto where any Pokémon is usable against slightly more difficult trainers, check it out!
🛑Features:
➡️Gym Leaders/Elite Four teams have been buffed ever so slightly (not too difficult, think of it like the challenge mode in BW2)
➡️Trainer Battles across the board have also been buffed similarly, in hopes of providing a bit more variety of Pokémon seen!
➡️Encounter Tables have been reworked/updated to increase variety
➡️Learnsets of every Pokémon have been reworked/buffed
➡️Some Pokémon Types have been changed
➡️Pokémon that received evolutions beyond gen 3 (EX: Tangela, Primeape) get a stat buff
➡️All Pokémon that officially received stat buffs from Game Freak get them here ➡️Moves have received modern upgrades with some exceptions (Rock Smash = 40 BP)
➡️Rare Candies can be bought in all Poke Marts for 1 Pokedollar for easy leveling ➡️Evolution Stones and TMs have been placed in the Celadon Department Store ➡️Trade Pokémon now evolve via a new item called the Link Cable (this includes cross gen evos like Steelix and Kingdra)
➡️Only the original 151 and their cross gen evos are catchable before postgame ➡️Link Cable can be found twice in the overworld and is purchasable on Two Island.
➡️Some overworld locations have been touched up to improve visual variety in the region.
➡️Natures actually tell the player what they are
➡️Gym Leaders give 3 copies of TMs now (Except for Giovanni because he's evil) ➡️LT. Surge's annoying gym puzzle has been removed
➡️removed the free magikarp before Mt. Moon
➡️Starters and Eevee can be caught in the Sevii Islands
➡️and more!
