PROGRESS: Project Version 13.3 (08/02/2026) - Fully playable game featuring a complete alternate-timeline Hoenn campaign, expanded post-game Battle Frontier, and continuous updates.

A Pokémon Emerald decompilation ROM hack set in an alternate timeline where Team Rocket dominated Kanto and is now expanding into Hoenn. In this hack, every Pokémon exceeds their limits by unlocking a Multi-Ability / Innate system that allows them to possess up to four abilities at once, alongside extensive Quality-of-Life features, custom mechanics, and full gameplay customization.

➡️Weather & Formula Reworks: Stat and damage formulas are remade similar to Pokémon Legends: Arceus, with weather nerfed and Hail boosting Ice-type Defense by 50%.

➡️Frostbite Status: Introduces the Frostbite status condition while retaining the standard Freeze status.

➡️Manual EV Distribution: Allows players to manually assign and distribute EVs directly to their Pokémon.
