PROGRESS: Project Version 1.0.0 (Completed) - 29/01/2026 - This is a complete game. The full Hoenn story, with enhanced features and QoL, is finished and playable from start to finish. Post-game content (like E4 rematches and Battle Frontier sets) is a work in progress, with further updates planned.
It is a comprehensive ROM hack designed to be the "definitive" Generation 3 Hoenn experience, blending modern enhancements with a vanilla feel. This hack focuses heavily on quality-of-life improvements and post-game content, allowing you to play the classic Emerald story while having access to nearly all Gen 3 Pokémon. It features a fully updated battle engine, including the Physical/Special split, alongside seamless save file and PKHeX compatibility. With numerous balance changes, new items, and a wealth of hidden details to discover, this is the perfect game for players who want a modernized, feature-rich Hoenn adventure that still feels authentically Gen 3.

➡️EV Cap at 252: EVs are capped at 252 per stat (instead of 255).
➡️Nature Affects Stats: Natures now properly affect stats, and EV reducing berries are obtainable.
➡️IVs Treated as 0 in Battle: For both player and trainers, all IVs are treated as 0 in battle.
➡️Synchronize 100% Effective: Synchronize has a 100% chance to find a specific nature when in the lead spot.
➡️Elemental Hyper Beams: Updated mechanics for elemental Hyper Beams via level-up.
➡️Electric Pokémon Immune to Paralysis: Electric-type Pokémon cannot be paralyzed.
➡️Poison Types Increased Toxic Accuracy: Poison-type moves have increased toxic accuracy.
➡️Hidden Item Mechanics: Allows for finding hidden items.
➡️Custom UI/Graphics: Features fully colored battle backgrounds and cleaned-up battle interface, custom tiles and sprites, and new bag colors.
