Pokémon fan game: anime-style character, pixelated battle

It is a hack created using the pokecrystal disassembly project from pret. Taking place in a wholly original region, this game features 8 gym leaders, Pokemon League, along with a full postgame featuring two battle facilities and multiple rematches for important trainers.

🛑Features:

➡️Beta Pokémon from G/S Development: The game's core feature. The Pokédex is filled with previously unused, "lost" Pokémon designs from various stages of Gold & Silver's development, all brought to life with fan-made names, stats, and typings.

➡️Non-Linear, Scaling Gyms: Gyms can be challenged out of order, and the Gym Leaders' teams will scale in difficulty depending on your progress.

➡️Lock-In" Gym Challenge: Once you enter a Gym, you cannot leave until you either defeat the leader or lose. Losing resets your progress within that Gym, and healing items are banned during Gym Leader battles.

➡️Dramatically Increased Shiny Rate: The shiny encounter rate has been massively boosted to 1/512.

➡️Fairy Type Added: The modern Fairy type has been added to the game as a Special type.

➡️Partial Physical/Special Split: While a full split is not present, the Dark type has been changed to be Physical, and the Ghost type is now Special.

➡️Three Difficulty Settings: Choose from Relaxed, Normal, or a hardcore "Expert" mode, which disables saving from the menu, bans items in all trainer battles, and sends you to the title screen upon losing.

➡️Two Rivals: You will have two different rivals who will periodically challenge you throughout your journey.

➡️Modernized Pokémon Stats & Moves: Pokémon have had their base stats and movepools updated to reflect modern generations, with some inspiration from the Spaceworld '97 demo.

➡️New & Reworked Items: The game includes new items and revamps the X-Items into single-use held items that activate upon switching in.

➡️No More Trade Evolutions: All trade evolutions have been replaced with new, accessible in-game methods, such as max happiness or leveling up while holding an item.

➡️Infinite-Use TMs: All TMs can be used an unlimited number of times. Most HMs have been converted into TMs, with Surf being the only remaining HM.

➡️Full Post-Game: The adventure continues after the Pokémon League with a full post-game that includes two battle facilities and multiple rematches for important trainers.

➡️Quality of Life Upgrades: Includes an auto-repel prompt, a fast-travel NPC in every Pokémon Center, an updated UI, a daily Mystery Gift NPC, and more.
