PROGRESS: Project Version 1.1.1 Completed (07/05/2026) - A complete overhaul of the Kanto region replacing almost the entire Pokédex with unique Delta variants while maintaining a strict vanilla Gen 3 feel.

A vanilla-style difficulty and fakemon ROM hack of FireRed that replaces 149 of the 151 original Gen 1 Pokémon with freshly designed Delta variants. The game aims to provide a fresh experience while preserving the authentic Generation 3 feel, featuring redrawn pixel art, altered typings, and rebalanced trainer teams.

🛑Features:

➡️149 Delta Variants: Almost every Kanto Pokémon has been replaced with a new regional form featuring custom sprites, new typings, and adjusted base stats.

➡️Full Accessibility: All 149 Delta variants are obtainable before defeating the Elite Four, with trade evolutions removed to allow for single-player completion.

➡️Vanilla Gen 3 Mechanics: To preserve the original experience, the game does not include the Physical/Special split, Fairy types, or reusable TMs.

➡️Trainer & Boss Overhaul: Every trainer in the game, including Gym Leaders and the Elite Four, has been edited with new teams to reflect the Delta Pokémon.

➡️Move Rebalancing: Various moves have been tweaked, including buffs to HM moves and power/PP adjustments to align with changes made in later generations.

➡️Postgame Content: "Pick one" style Pokémon such as starters and fossils have been added to Altering Cave in the Sevii Islands for postgame collection.

➡️Indoor Running: A quality-of-life update that allows players to use the Running Shoes inside buildings.

➡️Visual Tweaks: Includes updated overworld palettes and corrected grass animation colors for a more polished look.

➡️Updated Evolution Methods: Certain Pokémon have had their evolution requirements changed, such as Vulpix now evolving via a Thunder Stone.
