When Jirachi, the Undying Wish, awakens from its thousand-year slumber to grant a single wish, a race begins toward its promised power across an original region beneath Mt. Fuji and the surveillance city of Shin-Tokyo. A mysterious faction led by a gold-masked Oni emerges to claim the wish for their own sinister ambitions.
